just to highlight in coming up next month the photo display will be on board, the eureka, and vintageaphs from the archive which is significant will be up at the san francisco public library. also, in november, our historic streetcars will be traveling along the j church line on november 4 and the t third line on november 11, bringing the historic lines out, into our -- some of our neighborhoods. cable car 26, which was built in 1890, will be dedicated on november 7, and working with the market street railway, our nonprofit partner, we will host a trolley festival from november 16 to january 1 which will feature specially decorated vintage f line vehicles to honor our history landmarks and transit system. we're going to have special lighting on them to coincide with the lighting of snowflakes on market street. a lot of activity coming as we approach the actual anniversary day which is december 28 although i haven't talked to our cfo about it, i think, with your consent, we're going to make muni free for the day december 28, which will be easier than going back to the five cent fare wh

the project is located at the intersection of many never hurts, eureka valleyand others. in response to community feedback, and planning staff feedback we alter the planning project in many ways; we reduced the size of the retail spaces and broke them up in smaller segments and make them more palatable since it was an issue in the neighborhood; we redefine the façade along the market street; in addition we change to detailing along 15th street building, improving landscaping to relate to lower scale residential neighborhoods. we had it open space to the roof to be compliant with the open space code, and also redesigned the entire floor plan of the building and also some you to design to provide more two-bedroom units to the project as desired by the neighborhood i have letters of support if you have not received them, from neighborhood groups that have officially endorsed and, to include the debose triangle association, castro community benefit district, san francisco bicycle coalition and others. i will turn it over to the architect fred pollock to talk about the project.

it's sitting just offshore of the coast of eureka. the time we get into wednesday, it will move inland just to the south of santa cruz, taking the shower chances with it from north to south as we go through the next three days. so the best bet of seeing showers timeline wise will be later tuesday into wednesday. and then this low is going to move into southern california. but the kicker for it is the system dropping in on friday that mayoss a few more showers our way midday friday. so we're going to see cool temperatures this week. but the reward is next weekend does look pretty nice. we'll be warming up again. this time tomorrow, mt. hamilton, santa cruz mountains, you'll see a chance of showers for tuesday. and as we head towards wednesday, notice the south bay. the low tracking to the south. this is the best bet of seeing some showers. maybe even some embedded thunder. that's going to be morgan hill south for wednesday. and then look at that. by wednesday afternoon, really looking at the diablo range, santa cruz mountains best bet
