the f.b.i. later found acetone residue in the vent above the stove. evidence suggested zazi may have been mixing or heating the chemicals. and wiretaps rezeal zazi, frantic for help, repeatedly reached out to another individual seeking to correct mxz of ingredients to make explosives. two days later, zazi drove a rental car to new york with he stayed in this queens apartment building. after zazi left, police raids uncovered more suspicious evidence. a scale which could be used to measure chemicals bore zazi's fingerprints. police also found backpacks and cell phones, the kind of common items used to trigger bombs on trains in madrid in 2004. the f.b.i. now has identified at least 12 of zazi's associates. so far, they have not been arrested. in addition, investigators are trying to determine if there is a cache of bomb-making materials hidden somewhere, and they're trying to understand the scope of zazi's threat. >> so the question about zazi's role is still unanswered in part because we haven't yet answered what does this entire network look like and

now the f.b.i. is pressing an urgent search for a core group of nine 12 other people associated with zazi who may have knowledge of his plans. sources say while some potential suspects have been interviewed and cleared, other names continue to surface as the f.b.i. tries to fully understand zazi's intentions. officials have not confirmed any specific targets but sources say the plot may have focused on mass transit, a favorite al qaeda target. a cell phone video found in zazi's possession shows scenes of grand central terminal and the discovery of nine new backpacks and some cell phones during those raids in queens suggest an attack similar to the 2004 bombings of trains in madrid in which cell phones were used to trigger backpacks filled with explosives. but most compelling to investigators is a file found on zazi's computer. nine pages of hand-written note december tailing how to build hydrogen peroxide and acetone bombs. zazi carried that information, apparently received at that al qaeda training

's the latest turn in a case we've been following for more than a year now. caylee's grandmother reported her missing in july of last year more than a month after she vanished. in october a grand jury indicted caylee's mother, casey anthony, for first-degree murder and child abuse. casey anthony pleaded not guilty. then, december of last year, a utility worker found caylee's remains not far from her central florida home. so now, as casey anthony awaits trial, it appears the case against her may be getting stronger. holy bristow has followed this since the story broke. she works for our orlando affiliate, wofl. holy, we heard that there was some sort of evidence that led them to believe there was a baby in that trunk, or a child, and i guess this is some of it. >> well, this could potentially be some of it. this was an email exchange between two lab techs. one said she was looking at photographs of the tim duncan and it looked like there was a silhouette of a child in there. she went so
