the fire did not increase in size so we are at 20 acres of the size of the fire right now. we are working on preparing for our next operational period. throughout the night there were no additional injuries. there is currently one injury that has occurred throughout the incident it was one cal fire personnel but sustained minor injuries and so everything is okay. positively, we know that we have a good handle on this incident and we are projected to work throughout the day so we should have a 12 hour operational period. we do know we are expecting that with the weather and the day beginning to increase with heat and temperatures we will project to have some additional challenges associated with the fire as you can see there are a couple of hotspots that are existing within the incident behind me. throughout the night we had a couple of flareups but our crews are around the barrier of the fire and we are maintaining control at this time. also i want to let you know we will continue to project to have grizzly peak closed today between south park drive along centennial boulevar

the fire officials say the tower in the dubai marina caught fire around 1 am taking two hours to get der control. more than 40 floors own one side of the 86 story building were engulfed in flames. everyone escaped safely within minutes thanks to the smoke- free, fire free escape exits. this was the second time in two years that the tower has caught fire. another one caused damage in february 2015. parts of the building were still undergoing restoration work because of that fire. there are questions about not only how it caught fire again but why it spread so quickly. in 2015, fire officials blamed the flammable cladding, that's been the case in other fires, there was one on new year's eve when the side of the building erupted into flames. as the investigation continues into what caused this morning's fire, to buy police have reopened the streets surrounding the tower. >>> look at some video of a rescue near alcatraz last night. is 31 foot boat started sinking, the 10 people radioed for help. one of the fairies that takes people to and from alcatraz was closer to the incident, all 10 p

while it is dry and hot, we are in the midst of fire season. temperatures and the wind are working for the firefighters. looking at the numbers, it's 81 degrees in napa and closer to the bay it's cool in san francisco 62 degrees, 70 in hayward, 80s in livermore and the low 90s in concorde. temperatures warmer today by a few degrees in most area. we will see a switch for the weekend as temperatures come down. monday looks like it could be one of the coolest days. i will show you that in the next half an hour. right now, the onshore breeze is near the fire and 15 in and around fairfield. it's not too strong. during the evening the low clouds will move back across the bay. tomorrow morning we will wake up with cloudy skies over the east bay and likely over the north bay and the south bay as well. mostly sunny for the afternoon away from the coastline, mostly cloudy at the coast. 57 degrees to start the morning in san francisco, 60 concorde and for the afternoon it will be 90 in antioch, 70 in oakland, 66 san francisco. continuing with this microcli

well, right now, we are inside the golden wheel mobile home park. this fire occurred just around the corner from where i'm standing but police still have the area closed off. we have confirmed that three people. . one male adult and two school aged children. . a boy and a girl have died in this fire. let's take a look at some video of the scene. this fire broke out around 1230 tuesday afternoon. when fire crews arrived on scene they found the home completely engulfed in flames. they described the fire as fast and dangerous. these mobile homes are made of lightweight material that burns very quickly. fire fighters were able to extinguish the fire by about 1 oclock. during a search of the home, two victims were found and then later in the afternoon a third victim was located. now, neighbors here in the park have been watching this sad scene unfold all afternoon. i spoke with a woman who has lived here for 16 years and she says she's devastated.
