good news they have reopened at least one lane. the dry creek on-ramp is closed, as well. if you get off dry creek, you nd or take healdsburg avenue and get back on northbound 101 at linton springs. we are track delays northbound 101 through palo alto. this is between oregon expressway and university avenue. caltrans has three lanes closed. now, they were scheduled to have that wrapped up by now but it looks like they may still be out there. we are still seeing those delays. speeds dip right around 10 miles per hour. so give yourself some extra time heading along 101. that seems to be the problem spot. all lanes have reopened along 880 if you are making your way through oakland. caltrans had lanes closed between 23rd and 29th but we are back at the limit. >>> good morning to you. check out this wednesday morning. gray skies when you look at ow. i want to take you to the south side. we have a little bit of clear sky out there. so we are going to get a mix of it all. today is cloudier compared to yesterday. here's a live look at city hall on this post-election day. we are dealing with cooler conditions out
