there is the data collection that the h.r.c. issued that is also in your folders which is modelled after the work in seattle and othe places and focused on how do we do a better job of collecting data and understanding the impact that data plays i -- in the system of oppression. this morning the budget that we moved from the department of public health and h.r.c. has two allocation. would be enough to fill a third position. i'm not sure that the third position is warranted. i do want to bring that issue to the committee for a discussion. finally, i heard that there was a clear need for dedicated funding for transgender groups separate and apart from the general lgbtq services. i suggested that a $200,000 allocation annually go to additional discussion on what the highest priority of this type of programming will be. this is just a suggested allocation up to this body and for the larger board of supervisors to help to determine and how the programming would look. there are few things that i would like to have funded that are not here. these things that are coming from suggestions from colleagues. i like supervisor yee i like to see a higher investment in home delivered meals. the plan i suggested reduces the weight lift for groceries by half but it doesn't address the meal. secondlyi agree with supervisor's yee letter that out of school time we

h.r.c. has done in the last year or so. the equity ambassadors that we work with five schools. 51 youth. want to recognize the supervisors from the districts gave the youths certificates for taking that on and working within their schools. they did gender equity work, racial equity work. the speakerries, wh ore than 2,000 folks. and the presenting on the curriculum that we've developed across the nation as well as we were able to take students from wallenberg to hong kong to present on the work they did. grateful for the partnership, but want toigure out how to do more and what that looks like. the transformative mind sets, which we talk about and how do we build this work and be intentional? we're working with university of san francisco, stanford, as well as ke,o drill down on what is the actual impact of the curriculum that's been developed and to have it be more of a strategy that can be used. trying to tie it to the work that's been done. and this is a sample of the work we did with students at wallenberg. 69% of those students from the b.s.u. shared what they wanted to do and how t
