by the end of today we could be one big step closer to getting a new casino right here at national harbor. maryland's house of delegates will be voting this afternoon on the bill that you were just talking about. what it would do is not only approve this new site but legalize table games like blackjack, roulette. this all comes after yesterday's marathon committee meeting. last night after hours of debate, the house, ways and means committee voted 13-7 to expand this gambling bill. the holdup? why did it take so long? amendments. specifically i'm talking about amendments regarding tax breaks for maryland live. that's the new casino in anne arundel county and that planned casino up in bat baltimore. there's been a lot of -- up in bat more. there's been a lot of concern that a new casino here would take too much business away from the other casinos in the state. legislators are trying to offset the impact this future casino could potentially have. in the end the committee voted to approve the tax breaks which sent the bill to the full house this afternoon. so here is what's on slate for lat
