at the harbor. right here what you see is the south promenade on the shed. there it overlooks the harbor, gives you a nice view and you can see oracle park. in the view. also if you are looking to the left toward the end, you'll see the bay bridge. it definitely provides a nice area for the public to come down and enjoy themselves, also providing benches and things that of that nature. if they want to walk out with their families, they can do that. we look forward to continuing rcbc improvements. some of those include resurfacing and adding guardrails, so they can -- the public can further go around the back end of the pier 40 shed and enjoy that wonderful view. earlier we were talking about some of those projects that we're working on we have in the cue. one of those is a north guest dock. as you can see here, we need to go ahead and replace this dock. if you were down at the harbor any time over the last year or so, you'll see that the docks are actually not there. this is an old picture. but we ho

number that, in fact, poppy, we are starting to see the landscape of new york city change before our eyes. you guys mentioned comfort. in new york city's harbor, we have the javits center that's now going to be a hospital. we learned this morning that the place where they play the u.s. open, the tennis center, that's being transformed into a hospital with 350 beds. of course, you have this hospital behind me, a smaller version field hospital, but still transformed right here in central park where people typically go to exercise or sunbathe on a nice day. this hospital transformed just in days. a group out of north carolina, a christian group, came up here on saturday, and we're hearing patients will start going inside today. 68 beds in all. there is also a small icu unit taking patients, really, from all of the five burroughs, again, just trying to release a little bit of the burden that all these hospitals are experiencing at this point. even with all of this aid that is coming into the city, we've heard from the governor that they need more. he actually made a plea for more personnel, anyone who can work, health care workers, to come to the
