we did a range test and we reached all the way up to the hill, to the top of this hill here with fullualty on a phone and transmit this back to the crew at the base station. the remote monitoring devices mean the rescue crew don't have to stop to check the patient as they head down the mountain, and medical staff at base can keep an eye out while the crew are concentrating on navigating difficult terrain. so i am getting enough information here to tell me that i am happy with the casualty, so the lower doesn't have to stop at any point. for the volunteers, working at night brings extra challenges. using infrared and thermal imaging, which can also be streamed remotely, the team can locate casualties more easily. there may be something just beside this wall. this is currently all an ongoing trial. it's a partnership between several bodies including safenetics, north yorkshire council, smrt and local universities. for these guys, where conditions can change any minute, connectivity is absolutely crucial. some of these ideas are still in their infancy, and logistically there are hurdles

we have already had a 06-mile an hour gust in the hills above the pass.g to feel the winds on the car on the commute, that is the most likely place today. and let's look at some of the details on the winds. go we just focus on the inland valleys of the east bay and pull out more of the numbers, you see where the brightest colors are right along the spine and cut ago cross the pass. that is why all of the turbans are there. the beg wind turbans are there for a reason, obviously. if you take a look at 680 and 580, it is breezy over here, but it is not like the 40-mile- er an hoff hour gusts. if you are in the bay, it is about a 15 to 20-mile an hour gust along the bay shoreshrine. you'll notice it. yeah. it is really those east bay hills where you feel this the most. the winds are going to calm down by the time we get to the late morning. the advisory expires by 11:00. by 10:00 a.m., most of the wind would have really kind of dissipated. we get a pretty nice n. that will be cooler than yesterday. the same system that is turning the winds on this morning is
