when the jury form read the verdict, mrs.erson cried and another key revelation came out from april, and just before the jury was deliberated the defense attorney displayed notes from the assistant to the technical police chief saying it was he who told the vice president of student affairs the information of one student being killed and another critically wounded should not be released to the campus or the public. according to this, he passed the message on to emergency policy group meeting in the president's board room and the group followed that advise and revised a dailied proposed notice. in other words they were going to give detailed notice. there was a way to send that out by text. and that is what they were planning to do. but, instead, according to what happened in court they revised that and the group followed the advice which referred only to a "shooting incident," and was sent at 9:26 and the jury said you should have done more. you were negligent. went way above what they asked for $100,000 each and gave $4 mill
