if someone wants to switch a restaurant or retail store and ignore the kitchen in the back, do we really have a problem with that? zoning does not allow even the sort of simple switches. i went to arlington, texas's, commercial zoning code recently, and you can find all these examples where there are places where a restaurant is allowed but not a catering business. what if your restaurant cannot get customers through the door and you want to switch to catering long-term and say we want to throw plastic over the tables and just take food out? if you officially do that, then you are in violation of the zoning. that does not make sense. arlington, texas, has places where you can sell guns but not have a farmers market and vice versa. i really do not know what is going on there. host: at the urbanity project, are you folks checking these changes during the pandemic of the exceptions that some cities are making to this and the changes that cities are making to accommodate for the pandemic? guest: cities have been focused on the short term which is appropriate for the 3, 4 months that we have

to the kitchens -- these girls work so hard to get kids good food, one, healthy, clean. everyone counts. everyone that is connected to the school. it all matters paid they should all get something, not just one branch of the school. and i am one of the people because i see what they do -- they work so hard. without them, there is no safety if the hall monitor lets anyone in, anyone out, or the cook does not care about keeping things clean -- it starts at the very bottom and everyone in the school works very very hard. i've seen that with my own eyes. they are passionate about their work. they want to make sure kids get good food, that the plates are cleaned, sterilized. i cannot believe the way they work. my other comment is about opening up schools. they should open up schools but a couple of things should be done -- we have seven days in a week. let's say you have a student of 30 people in a classroom -- three days 15. seven days a week, keep it going -- you can social distance and the kids that are not here today, they will be home -- the other half comes on tuesday.
