that's not the case. kron 4's j.r. stone has the story.rena chietti and her 14 year old autistic son marco are facing eviction after living in this san francisco apartment for 13 years. sotlawyers that represent the owner say several tenants have complained about chietti since she moved in. the most recent noise complaint coming in january of this year. the lawyer representing the owner sent us a list of complaints about serena. they include stomping on the floor in the middle of the night, yelling at construction workers while intoxicated, and her son throwing bottles out the window and into the street at night. she denies some of those allegations but does say her son threw bottles out of the window, something that autistic children have been known to do, he has since gotten treatment for it. serena is upset because she says she didn't ever hear of the complaints until she got an eviction notice.sotchietti believes the owner wants her and her son out so he can up the rent from 1,834 dollars a month to 32-hundred a month. something she wo

but prepartions for the parade have already ben. kron's charles clifford has details on what to expect. well, officially fans can start lining up along the parade route tuesday morning around 630. i was at the last years parade, and there were a lot of people in place long before then.also , the biggest change this year is that there will not be a rally after the parade. the team and the cityof focus on putting together the best parade possible.now, the parade begins at broadway and 11th street at 11am. from there the players, riding busses, will go north and then turn right onto 20th street. then they turn right again onto harrisson then left onto 19th street. the parade then merges onto lakeside drive and ends at lakeside and 13th street.in preparation, the city of oakland has been building grandstands and putting up fencing all along e.fansan the from any point along the parade route route as long as they stay behind the fencing. there will also be three first aid station and two lost children locations near the parade.
