found inside the home of a missing man in san francisco. kron-4 obtained court documents - detailing the arrest of lance silva... who is now in custody on a probation violation. police found silva in possession of the missing man.. brian egg's.. stolen credit card. they say he withdrew cash from egg's account - and used egg's credit card to buy a b-m-w back in june. that car was towed - and later retrieved from a tow yard by silva and a man claiming to be paul forman - who police are now trying to find. neighbors spotted a crime scene clean up truck outside the home on august 14... that was allegedly hired by silva using egg's stolen credit card. the human remains that were found in teh house have not yet been identified. ( robin )kron 4's j.r. stone is following this part of the story. he talked talked with a number of crime scene cleanup crews in the bay area about this case. sot the fact that there was a torso in a fish tank hidden in an apartment and it took that amount of time for it to be discovered really blows my mind.tony leonardini is

( darya ) in the east bay... there's a growing movement to have a child kicked out of the mount diablo school district... for making violent threats. that student has already been placed in another middle school in the district. the student's new school -- sequoia middle school -- held a meeting last night to discuss the issue. the student was arrested back in june... for threatening to shoot 30 students at valley view middle school. the boy was never charged... but guns were found in his parents home. a petition to have the boy kicked out of the district has over a thousand signatures.

four locations are here in the bay area. kron 4's sara stinson joins us live from daly city this morning. sara it's all about trying to handle those long lines. one hour until the dmv opens for the first time on saturday and right now there is about the same number of people in line as there was yesterday at this time. this is just one of 60 locations that will now be open on saturdays...people i spoke with are hoping this will alleviate the long lines. every person who has visited the d-m-v has a similar experience. one woman even told me she once waited five hours. the agency blames the long lines on the new federal mandated security upgrades on driver licenses and identification cards. d-m-v officials hope the new extended hours alleivate the long lines. one man in line is hopeful this will. take sot: the dmv opens in one hour. the d-m-v will remain closed on sundays.

medical staffers are now transfering patients into the new building. kron 4s sara stinson is there now for the big reveal. sutter health officials just unveiled this sign to the new mission bernal campus hospital - located on cesar chavez and valencia street.this hospital is replacing st. luke's hospital at the same location after it closed last october. the new seven floor - 120 bed hospital is apart of the the sutter health california pacific medical center or c-p- m-c.this mission bernal campus will serve acute care, clinical and administrative services.c-p-m-c is also building a 274 bed facility on geary and van ness.a ribbon cutting ceremony will be held this morning 8:30 and then hospital staff will begin carefully moving in patients to the new building. live in san francisco, sara stinson, kron 4 news.### (lydia) thanks sara. we will check back with you in the next hour. ( marty )also in the east bay... oakland police are investigating three separate shootings --- and so far no suspects are in custody. all three shootings happened friday. the first happened at 2:30 in the morning near international boulevard and sixth avenue. that's in the city's eastlake district. a 36-year-old woman was shot in the leg. the second shooting happened near 14th and madison street at 2:00 in the afternoon. police say a man was injured when he was shot during an attempted robbery. and the third shooting took place 9:30 friday night near i-980 and west grand. police say a man is in critical condition-- but no other information is being released. officers are now looking for suspects in all three of these shootings.
