the lake was closed. much of last sum ebecause of this same algae. since this is the freshwater the algae is a natural occurring but it's bacteria can turn toxic in the water. if you accidentally ingest it'll cause vomiting, nausea and otherl pros. you can't let your dogs near it because it can kill them. this is the second park in the bay area that has this alge and its been closed. the one park in fremont. cory lake. that closed back on february 8th because of the same algae. that was closed for most of the summer. if you -- are hoping to get in at some point we aren't sure when the park will be back open. they have to do more tests on the water to make sure that the algae level goes down. until then the water park -- water part of the park will be closed. >> thank you. >>> the sacramento county sheriff deputy is in the house after being shot in the face. that deputy was on patrol at a light-rail station where he started talking to a man on the train platform. that conversation escalated into a fight and the deputy was shot. the suspect ran away but
