bay bridge, looks like it got a wipedown, not as much rain on the lens. but the middle lanes if you are driving towards the bay bridge toll plaza, a lot of splashing going on. the lanes tend to -- we tend to see that a lot some hydroplaning going on, the middle lanes approaching the pay gates. so once they turn the metering lights on and the cars have to go slower, it's not quite as dangerous. along the peninsula an accident northbound 101 approaching 3rd. still two lanes are blocked. so if you are coming up in 92, it is a little slow just in the northbound lanes. mass transit use it. bart systemwide still on time. we just checked in with them. about 30 trains all with no delay. ferries, caltrain and ace also look good. and, of course, rain here often means snow in the sierra. chains are required on 80, 88 and 50. we have been talking about all this rain. someone has been experiencing it firsthand. let's go outdoors for a look at what conditions are like right now. here's kpix 5 reporter anne makovec. good morning. >> reporter: good morning. it is raining,
