the city passed the local hire ordinance. i know that larry has had a lot of the advice to the city about how that works. one thing we do have an agreement on is that it is not so much about the ordinance that we pass, is what we do to promote the hiring of people. this center is one of the most important things we have ever done to exhibit how we hire and train people. this center has the most modern training facilities. it has all the wonderful modern things you do. it even has how to rig up new things and put in new boiler systems. it will train new generations of people who work in our bay terminal, on the america's cup, all the different improvements we will do. i will know that this training center will be here to train generations of people to be the best plumbers, pipefitters, and to participate in the quality of life you are offering right here when they get trained. larry, we are beyond words today. what we see here is a testament. it is not just an ordinance that we believe in. it is the belief that people can train
