for the m.t.a. transit team, i'm kurt kronke. now back to tony pann. thanks good to be back. good to bring nice weather, at least at the onset. we have some rain to talk about over the next couple of days but right now partly cloudy, low 50's. 52 in frederick. the temperatures aren't going to move all that much through the morning. they'll stay steady to mid to upper 50's. a system passing by to our south has a lot of rain with it. it has going to stay south across the carolinas and eventually moving offshore. it's producing cloud cover this morning. that is going to be moving southbound as that system to our south moves off to the coast. no problems with this system as i mentioned. it will stay south of us. high pressure protecting us at least for the time being. we have an active southern branch of the jetstream. that is going to produce rain for us by the time we get into the middle portion of the week. forecast for today then, partly sunny skies. high temperatures, the range between 67 and 72 degrees. the west wind at 10 to 15. i'll call it pleasan
