the truck may be from maryland. lice say 74-year-old man was killed after he was hit by two cars last night. authorities say william frederick norton was walking when he was hit and police say after the initial accident, a second vehicle hit the victim. he was pronounced dead at the scene and both drivers stayed at the scene and police believe it was pedestrian an hour. 17 people are recovering after taxes involving a school bus, a car, and a truck last night in st. mary's county. the bus was carrying five adults and 28 student's home after a basketball game in virginia. 15 students, one adult, and a bus driver were transported to a hospital with non-life- threatening injuries. the truck driver was treated and charged with dui. crews are investigating a two- alarm fire at a vacant home under renovation and 2900 block of allen dale road in northwest baltimore. there were no reports of any injuries. there is an increase in police presence in the phoenix community of baltimore county every week of suspicious activity. f
