we have to head out into sections of the midwest before we find more clouds and also our next system d in our direction. once again, most of the timing for the heavy rain looks to be monday night into tuesday. so, as we take a look tonight across the area, fairly quiet, some clouds, once again a couple sprinkles overnight and then tomorrow morning, we watch a little disturbance move in with more clouds. so, tomorrow is going to be kind of cloudy cooler and also once again, you can see by 3 o'clock, watching for a little bit of light rain across the area as a warm front advance overhead. not a washout. just have that umbrella heavy in case we see some rain. the heaviest of the rain doesn't arrive until overnight monday. here's 10 o'clock. we'll watch a wave of low pressure over the area. into monday, tuesday a very wet commute to start on your tuesday, on and off again showers perhaps even some thunderstorms to boot as we move into your tuesday as we watch that system progress through our area. will it kind of move slow so that's why i do anticipate some heavy rain across the area. how

another one developing over the midwest. right in the middle we have high pressure, it's trying to control our weather today but it's moving out and that will make way for this next storm which develops in this area. not much happening right now. it's fairly clear but this will intensify rapidly, become an area of low pressure. you get the front around that. so we're getting the warm air tomorrow and look at the timing of this, about 24 hours from now, much different story. a lot happening on the radar tomorrow morning. with this heavy rain coming down, even though the ground is so dry, that could lead to some flooding and some poor drainage areas. this rain will move out, if we get that bit of sunshine that could heat things up a bit and if that front moves through, we'll see showers and storms developing by tomorrow evening. a 1-2 punch there tomorrow. today down the shore you'll see the wind picking up at the southeast. 2:00 p.m. a moderate risk of rip currents. and that will really gust 10 to 20 miles an hour with higher
