the temperatures are holding at 66 now in mt. ono where there are scattered clouds, trenton and wilmington in the low 70s right now. there you can see the pocono mountains with the scattered clouds getting closer to sunrise. as the day goes on, you'll see fewer and fewer clouds. cape may, big storms, lots of lightning at 4:00 this morning. now those storms are offshore and really dying down. when we counted the lightning strikes going through cape may county, they topped 100, 111 to be exact. now just 12 strikes in the last half hour offshore. inland, the heavy rainfall moved through pemberton. those showers moved on to ocean county. those will also be moving offshore. that will be it for the rest of the day. clouds linger at the shore. they're hugging the coastline and starting to thin out in philadelphia and less humid air that's starting to move in right now is going to really be felt this afternoon, tonight and tomorrow. you'll see the difference. a comfortable weekend, still warm. and warm today, too, upper 80s for philadelph
