the staff in the n.h.s. er what is best for patients, they want the resources to get to the front line. we know that we have to change this year and in the years ahead in the n.h.s. to make that happen. we have to ensure that the focus is focused on the raults for patients. as david said, to make sure that instead of saying we're patients seen within four hours that we know that patients are living after a heart attack, that they are surviving after stroke, that they are getting the care that they require. so we're going to focus on results and we're going to focus on patients. we're going to have a revolution in the information in the n.h.s. so that patients know what service they should expect, what service is being offered with what choices are available to them, how they can control their health care better. so that the staff working the n.h.s., are not only focused on doing what's best for patients, not only accountable for the results that they achieve, but they're also answerable to patients for the se
