the third one is coming less than' month now for the navy. are looking at disclaimers for the first two which was not a surprise. so i think on the face you could say it's not progress. my predecessor used to say you really have to get into the game. you have to call in the independent evaluators to really tell you what you're doing right and what you're doing wrong. so we have spent a lot of time over this administration as well as previous ones. what i would call practicing and preparing. which i think is all necessary first step. but at some point you only really learn by getting in and -- very much like in the military realm i sort of think of it the same way. opposition forces are out there. then you really learn what you're doing right what you're doing wrong. i'm not discouraged, the fact we have disclaimers on these efforts. there's still a lot of hard work ahead of us. but i think that we still are moving in the right direction. there are problems. the thing that can be frustrating on the audit effort is if you can imagine sort of wo
