matt pelman in the "action news" traffic center with the upday. things to a talk about. right here the roosevelot boulevard extension northbound side just north of the ridge avenue on-ramp, can you see the broken down what appears to be a cct connect bus taking out the left lane giving us really stacked conditions coming north of the schuylkill expressway through this point by the ridge avenue on-ramp. that just popped up. no emergency crews on the scene yet with that disabled bus. now, we had a disabled truck here along 95, northbound side, second dv of the afternoon in the work zone by girard avenue. they got the trucked to away so the lanes are opened once again but still extra heavy. 38 minutes should ideally be 14 on the northbound side of 95. there's also a crash on lincoln drive by gypsy lane there by the old intond precinct. doesn't appear to be causing huge delays at the moment. traffic light troubles at 58th and haverford. they've given up on those traffic lights, just have temporary stop signs in lieu of them. in king of prussia a crash
