she's in the newsroom with more. good evening. >> reporter: well, judge the judge said an official from the prince georges county sheriff's office told him about the threats against him. the investigation is still active at this time. it didn't take us long to find out what the teenager may have said about the judge. incredibly, some of the threats are still on his twitter account. prince georges county's seventh circuit court judge herman c. dawson has been on the bench since 1988. he's the coordinator of all juvenile cases. fox 5 news learned that one of the juveniles who may have been in the judge's courtroom earlier this month threatened to kill him. according to court documents and the state's attorney's office, 16-year-old garrett bailey is being charged as an adult with solicitation of first-degree murder. possession of an illegal firearm, and threats against the state official, and up credibly, there are still threats against the judge on bailey's twitter page, including this one laced with a racial slur. who

ktvu allie rasmus is looking over the tapes and joins us from the newsroom with some of the chillingclusive video dates back to 1999. that is when loren herzog and wesley shermantine were finally arrested. they were killed the speed freak killers because of their methamphetamine use. during questioning with detectives herzog detailed many of the killings they were involved in. herzog said that shermantine was the ring leader in those crimes and he herzog was just along for the ride. in this interview with detectives, herzog discusses the murder of 25-year-old cyndi vanderheiden. he says it was shermantine that killed her and he stood by and didn't do anything. detectives ask herzog why he witnessed the killings but never told police about them. >> reporter: earlier this month authorities found vanderheiden's remains and remains other possible victims. these new leads in the search for victim are coming out now because wesley shermantine gave them a map where the victims are buried. shermantine said he didn't kill the victims herzog did. shore has been tine is onen death row in san qu
