we have some developing news out of the north bay to get to. the red flag warning is the effect until 6:00 a.m. this morning and here is why. it is exactly what fire officials have been warning us about. a wild fire is burning in napa county in started near loma vista drive. several nearby homes are being evacuated no injuries have been reported a one home we understand has been destroyed. we will have more on that in the next half hour. for now, some 90 a. are involved in the blaze. fire officials say that is only about 50 percent contained. we will have updates throughout the morning. let us to our report with erica. >>erica: the morning james, that is why it is so important that we are on guard when a red flag warning is in effect. the winds are coming down, the hazard does still exist. we see gusty conditions out there specifically for the north bay and east bay hills. we are still dealing with low humidity levels between 15 and 20% but once again, the fire danger will only be in effect for the next two hours or so. after that the red flag w
