it is near the oakland coliseum. it is one of several digital billboards that features her in the bay area. her family asked the fbi to take over saying that the hayward police department is understaffed. here's a look how the police investigation has unfolded so far. >> this is where she was last seen, the medical center in hayward. at 7:00 p.m. on friday may 27th, she grabbed her cellphone and told a friend that she needed to get something from her car. she headed to the rise, surveillance cameras show were car driving out of the rise but they did not show who was driving. her white honda crv was found the next day half a mile away on a cul-de-sac known as chondrules a court, her cellphone was not inside. the investigators say that it pinged cellphone towers before going silents midday saturday. her family reported her missing on saturday, but the police did not serve our home in san mateo until tuesday, four days after her disappearance. it was not until two days later did they turn her cellphone records over to t
