things are traveling down by the oakland airport. 880 itself looks all right. the trivalley coming out of the altamont pass, slowing toward livermore. >>> we have new details on a water rescue in the south bay. two boaters got stuck because of a low tide which means a memo fire air boat had to pick the men up about 10:30 last night after a coast guard helicopter spotted them. the boaters used a cell phone to call for help around 6:30 but then the phone fell into the water. rescuers searched for an hour and a half before calling the coast guard to help with the search. this marks the second rescue in those waters in a little more than 24 hours. both boats were caught in the low tide. >>> passengers on two delta flights got a scare on the tarmac in new york last night. authorities say someone called in bomb threats forcing them to evacuate the planes. we have cell phone video from a passenger on one of the planes, police say they got two anonymous calls saying there was a bomb on board delta flight 468. there were two flights numbered 468. one left sfo landed in
