the fire is out right now. oakland firefighters are still out here obviously working on some of the hot spots making sure the fire doesn't flair back up in any of the areas in this building that burned. i should point out it's two buildings. the large building is the main building that caught fire this morning. right at the corner of international and eighth avenue. there is also another duplex behind this building that was also damaged in that early morning fire. you can see crews up on the ladder. up on the roof doing some of their overhaul work. let's take you to video after it first broke out. oakland firefighters were called out here. right away they called for extra crews to come to the scene. we're told there were as many as 15 people that were inside these two buildings all together. all of those people have now been accounted for which is the good news out here. right away when crews got to the scene, they pulled hose lines into this building to try to work on the fire while at the same time there were additio
