(darya) cars will eventually be banned on market street in san francisco. there is a new plan that calls for taking personal vehicles, as well as uber and lyft off of market street all together. delivery vehicles would have restricted hours. on the new market street... rapid express buses and the f line would go down the middle two lanes. and local buses and taxis would use the outside lanes.
