the fact as our park system as a whole the rec park doesn't raise funds they try their best but ultimately it's a decision for the board and the mayor how we fund our parks department. over the last decade we have moved in the direction of less support where the hospital receives more sports. that speaks vacuumed about the lack of support in this building for operating our parks. we've had a significant number of influxes our personnel for the parks. i asked to add back several park patrol positions. i hope to be able to do that again, this year. i will say with respect to this particular property i don't see the lack of park patrol being an issue because this is a small area integrated into the valley commercial coordinated so i think in terms of maintenance the one real benefit we have two extremely strong and engaged folk and the community benefit district there's a ton of work that have a huge incentive to make sure this is maintained properly. i think we will be able to maintain it but we need to focus that in the budget definitely. if the grant does not come through keep in mind the
