debating the future of sherman park. later today a court hearing is scheduling and talking about the hours and the fence up around it. it is nearly a month since the unrest in the neighborhood. now, the county executive and the sheriff don't agree on what to do next. wisn 12 news mike anderson is live with a look good morning, mike. >> good morning, ben, the milwaukee parks are closed 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and there is a lot of debate about the hours and as you mentioned, we are talking about sherman park. last month the sheriff david clark had orange fencing put up around the park after a spike of violent unrest in the that lasted until sunday when chris abele had the fencing removed. sheriff david clark disagreed and had the fencing put back up. later the day a judge issued a restraining order stopping from the sheriff closing the park early add ordering the fence to be taken done. there is a court hearing on this this morning and we today a final decision on what the hours will be. we'll keep you posted on the court
