we anticipate the east cut cbd will manage and operate several parks in the neighborhood, including under ramp park. we currently manage several parks and open spaces in the area. and we are proud to partner on salesforce park and provide nearly 80% of the park's funding. it is a gem in our neighborhood and design, program and use of it has exceeded expectations even through covid. our plan does require us currently to set aside $235,000 a year to support under ramp operations and we were formed in 2015 for 15 years and end in 2030 but eligible for renewal and all indications, that is the direction we're headed. next slide. what we know and certainly what was just shared by ben, what is currently allocated for under ramp park is insufficient to cover the operational costs. our budget analysis and ocii and consultants hired and local practitioners we talk to indicate we need to raise $3 million to cover under ramp park's projected deficit between the opening and 2030. east cut cbd's intent to fund raise for this and combine other resources in advance of the park's construction to close the
