. >> "eyewitness news" reporter just ten finch liver at the penndot salt yard in south philadelphia, where crews are busy. justin? >> jim, erika, they've been out on the roads for at least more than an hour now that we've seen them. they left here earlier awful of salt. and moving very quickly on to the roadways. i want to show you how this stuff is coming down here. as it hits my jacket, there, you are seeing it, there is some ice there, some snowflakes there, it is kind of melting on contact. i have been inside. so perhaps that's why. and then look here at the ground. they did drop some salt here, as they make their way up as you can see, it is melting, it appears, on contact here on the roadways, we are seeing some puddles, some water form, but no accumulation sticking to the ground as of right now. looking above on the overpass, here, 95, the flakes are falling, there in the light, you see moving there in the light there, traffic also moving on the highway there. this is a good sign, showing us, here, the roads are passable, and are okay at this point. but in conditions like this,

the penndot truck hit a power line, knocking it on to the road.here is another look at those backups from the ground. yeah, nobody moving. the accident closed 202 in both directions between route 401 and route 252. fortunately no one was hurt there. and icy roads to blame for a pileup in lackawanna county early this morning. eight tractor-trailers and three vehicles were involved. a five-mile stretch was closed north of scranton. no one was seriously hurt, though. and thankfully that icy freezing weather has moved out. >> it was so scary. we've had a rough couple of days. glenn joining us with more. >> we had snow. we had ice. we had rain. thnd we had heavy rain and thunderstorms and severe weather. and now it's all moved out. we still have some leftover damage, as you just saw. and a few places getting some flooding. generally on the minor side. we do have cooler days ahead. for the next couple. but a warm weekend. it is going to be so different than what we saw this past weekend. we have brightening conditions, even though it's mostly cloudy. so
