we have the penndot crew there on the scene. you can tell it is right on the on ramp right here. coming off of the on ramp, it is partially into the center lane and partially blocking some of the traffic on the westbound side as well. that's a little bit of a sticky spot where you can see the accident with its flashers on right there. causing a little bit of a delay approaching this scene. the westbound side of 422 typically doesn't see huge delays specially for the morning commute. it is the eastbound side where traffic is moving toward the schuylkill expressway. 37 minutes from wiood haven roa to the vine street expressway. out in pleasantville, over in jersey, an accident with injuries on the scene as well. this may be an accident investigation. the expressway headed westbound just near the atlantic city welcome center on river road and swedeland road. >>> the eagles may be sputtering. >> but a philadelphia youth football team is celebrating its third national championship. >> how excited are they? the northwest raiders, nbc 10 was in germantown yesterday as the team returned
