[both sigh] the pennsylvania lottery. bring your dreams to life. live look here, philadelphia international airport. a cool start to your thursday morning, 67 degrees, it is 5:15. what you got on the roads, not many people on that one. it's early and we're moving nicely so far. we're sure that will change later, so enjoy it now. quiet scene on the schuylkill expressway, 202 westbound traffic heading toward the turnpike. overnight construction has cleared. no big problems. we had an accident on collegeville road it cleared. it wasn't very serious and traffic in that area moving a lot better. on the turnpike westbound near bensalem we have crews blocking two lanes, one westbound near willow grove and restrictions on the ramp from fort washington to the turnpike westbound. crews are out there and working hard. 295 northbound between 47 and 43 watch for the construction blocking the left lane and the exit ramp for another 45 minutes or so. on the turnpike between exit 3 and 2 we have the left lane blocked. we have a touch of fog in one or two places. ea
