the state's redistricting map. lawyers argue an on lane petition used to gather signatures violate a legal requirement that information must be submit by the signer. caught of appeals has until monday to make the ruling. >>> double shooting last night in northeast baltimore has police worried it may spark more violence. it's connected to a previous shooting in the city. as brian kuebler tells us tonight, the case is being looked at by a brand new homicide task force, aimed at solving the more unusual murders, two are dead, in what police are calling a targeted shooting on ham illtop avenue. it happened at midnight. there is a possibility it is connected to the triple shooting earlier this week in southwest baltimore. this are now murders together from the two shootings and in fact tbait investigated by a task force. the police commissioner formed the unit comprised of his homicide detectives with the highest clearance rate. they are charged with investigating what police call a unusual homicide in the city of baltimore. these murders from this week along with the mount vernon shooting last week, are all now investigated by this new team. >> what
