the screen. live look at center city, rain in philadelphia and the radar is active from the shore through philadelphia and off to the western parts of lancaster county, and that is because of the line of storms that's really just training from the west, so if we zoom in here, starting with the philadelphia area now into parts of new jersey, this cluster of showers in philadelphia now in new jersey right around gloster, cherry hill, this slides along the expressway, it's generally moving around 45 miles per hour to the southeast so eventually if it holds together, it makes its way to the shore. pine hill at 5:26. winslow, and hammonton. that's an area of heavy rain, but it is moving quickly again. zooming into the shore, mostly through burlington and ocean county, that's where we see the rain earlier today with some light ning, but what we have right now in parts of burlington county is heavier rainfall here. these are areas we're watching. also off to our west too so if we take a look further into parts of chester and lancaster, and parts of montgomery county, this is one area where we, in fact, have

today the bill cosby case has another hearing in philadelphia federal court. the judge will consider a request by andrea constan, the former temple employee who accuses cosby of sexually assaulting her more than a decade ago. she wants the secrecy clause in her 2006 settlement with cosby lifted. each side says the other violated that pact. >>> it's been almost two years since a mother and her three young children were killed by carjackers who ran them over at a fruit stand in north philadelphia. yesterday a judge sentenced one of those carjackers, jonathan rosa, to 45 to 90 years in prison. kisha williams and her children were selling fruit to raise money for a playground when rosa and cornelius crawford careened into them. the men pleaded guilty and admitted to taking turns sexually assaulting a realtor and joyriding after they carjacked that realtor not far away. rosa's attorney read us a letter from her mother. >> my desire is for everyone to find peace and for your broken hearts to be healed. >> i forgive them. >> you forgive mr. crawford and mr. rosa? >> y
