right now we're clear and dry except in the poconos where you have some light flurries. outside live at the schuylkill at south street and we're still seeing construction here westbound the left lane is blocked and here and ahead all traffic is forced off at 30th street. it had been causing some really slow speeds in that area. eastbound we have construction blocking the left lane. you can see the cones right here and up ahead all traffic stopped but that should be clear about 5 o'clock this morning so you just have to hang in there a little bit longer. here in east falls this is the boulevard extension here and we're seeing that southbound traffic head through the schuylkill. only a few cars up and about so no problems currently there. we have an early morning accident here in chester county. it's in kennett township here on cypress street at ways lane. burlington bristol bridge overnight construction is clear. traffic is moving okay. speeds currently in the 20's and 30's, mr. matt. >> thank you, karen. time for your first look at business. investors could see a slight r

we were 77 in philly for the record. 41 in blue bell, 35 mount pocono. there is now a winter weather advisory that goes into effect specific to the poconos. this does not effect anybody else but as temperatures drop and we have wet weather in the forecast that rain could turn to ice, so that is from 4:00 p.m. until 11:00 o'clock tonight, specific again, to the poconos. now you will notice there is rain working its way through the pocono region even across berks, lehigh, northampton county, leading edge of the cold front we have been tracking and it will continue to drop in throughout the course of the day. notice some icing across the north and western most parts of the pennsylvania, that again as it drops south is only going to over spread into the rest of the northeastern pennsylvania and that will move far enough south where it is cold enough to bring about that change, from rain over to icing. now at the moment you still gotten a surplus on the thermometer in wildwoods, atlantic city, even here in philadelphia it is a degree milder but obviously there is changing on in the rest of the southeastern pennsylvania as we see thermometer rea
