program with the 2018 innovation program award. and there was an article actually published that you can also look at at csfmo's website, so we're really proud of that accomplishment. as it relates to the various initiatives, we have four bulletins that we issued in 2017-18 and we really believe that to have a high substantiation rate to be achieved, we need to have well informed reporters so that they make high quality reports that can be effectively investigated. it's very difficult to investigate claims when the information is really sporadic, and sometimes, even when we reach back out to the complainant, we don't always get a response. and so when we have enough information, we're able to really work the complaint, and so that's really important in our program. we want to ensure that we give every complaint the attention deserved, and we want to work those complainants. so this initiative as it relates to putting out these bulletins has helped our complaintants to give full disclosure of what they believe has occurred. also, the
