the full rates. we are down to a single provider for an entire state. that doesn't sound like a successful system to me. when i look at the american health care act, i see several things. first, damage the three essential colors of our american health care system which first is player health care system. if anything, it pushes back this cadillac tax for eight years, something i think we need to get rid of. we should never be taxing people for their health care plans. it keeps the basic medicaid functions intact. it keeps medicare for older seniors. i agree with many of the comments made, both these systems are much in need of reform. the bill provides a transition to go for people who are -- transition period for people who are getting some form of obamacare. the act acts as a number of thing. it is not required. if you don't want to be despair, you don't have to participate. that is a big change. it provides direct health to individuals in the form of tax credits. you can pick what you think is best for you. that to me is the hallmark of any good health
