the current interest rates that are lower. this will pope keep people in their homes and protect the city of richard and if the banks won't coordinate we can use the city of richmond and use the treaty of eminent domain. once we reform the resistance to the banks across different cities across the state of california that the banks will come to the table and we'll have an effort to their allowing to make if possible for people to refinance their houses and you lower their principle for people to own their homes and set us on a pathway to sustainability. i'm asking the city attorney to draft an ordinance there are many questions we have to raise but if we're waiting for more information we'll never get things done and people will be leaving san francisco because they can no longer afford the sub prime mortgages they have. we need the political will to move forward. i look forward to working with the city attorney to make that happen i know we, make a huge difference to make the banks work with us. there is also part of an organization called local progress including others on the board supervisor kim's and supervisor campos and others they're elected officials from
