so i think menush and the community of people around the table, that means law enforcement and the s.f. general came together and revamped that form to be the best it could be for san francisco under the current law. ok. you can read between the lines there. worked with police department, the district attorney's office and the probation department to create new protocols for special victims units when investigators are called out to a domestic violence incident. that's pretty self-explanatory. worked with the superior work and the police department to improve timely entry of d.v. retraining orders and so this was really brought, and you are familiar with the issue, brought from the community. our attorneys, community-based attorneys came to us and said we are having a very hard time getting, you know, people are walking around with a piece of paper they think is protecting them, and it's not in the system yet. so, i am so pleased that the family violence council, perfect for us, right? brought all the stakeholders and problem solved it. meetings with the judges, records department at t

s.f. update will cover regulatory activities. a little more on the regulatories this time. with vee respect to enrollment we're serving 81,000 accounts. our opt out percentage and upgrade rate to super green have not changed. 3.2% for opt out and 4.2% of our customers are upgrading to 100% renewable in our super green program. everything is moving along successfully. we are preparing our power source disclosure report for 2017. this report is required to be filed with the california energy commission. after your review and approval. the report will be a again diesed for the next commission meeting. i want to give you a preview. i'm happy to report our base product, which we committed to be 40% renewable it's renewable product and with our hydro production year in 2017, 100% carbon free. so customers who participated last year in our green product, got little more for their money than we told them they would get with that better renewable ngh3 product. looking ahead, our nexe next enrollment is july of 2018. it will increase the customer account to 105,000 with the addition

partnering with the department or s.f. environment, we have a large outreach program, restickering every single container and bin in the city, providing new signage, and outreach material that every customer's receiving three touches to educate them on the new commodities, the new program, and how little should actually be sent into the trash bin. we can stay here for a minute. also, in order to prepare for that, we made a $14.7 million upgrade to our pier 96 central recycle facility, and that equipment has enabled us to accept those film plastic materials. we have a suction system where our employee owners, teamsters at pier 96 are able to take those pieces of film plastic and place them into a suction conveyance system. we've also got new magnetic belts and other items that help us accept those different commodities. and we're currently planning as part of one of the challenges that i'll discuss with you today, additional improvements to that facility to address the crisis that we're facing with, you know, national sort i
