i would say the panhandle playground is a success in many of the let's play s.f. community relationships. and for those commissioners who have been helpful, i very much appreciate that. won the panhandle playground came to our attention, it was about midway of the let's go s.f. initiative, we are still about halfway through. one of the cautions i would go out there is to ensure that they continue to not just listen to the community as they did. haven't gone to the first meeting of the golden gate heights high ground as well, it was a welcome introduction to that playground, and offering all the different issues out there. i would urge the commission to poke pressure on management to ensure the playgrounds are being designed for the kids and for the people who are using them, and not just for operational costs, and to look pretty. a lot of the time when they are designed to look pretty, that is great for you and me as adults, but it doesn't necessary don't necessarily benefit our kids. i have young kids in san francisco and i was born and raised. not only do i have

[laughter] >> when i first went to the art institute before the adventures were formed in 77, i was going to be a painter. i did not know i would turn into a punk singer. i got back into painting and i mostly do portraiture and figurative painting. one of the things about this job here is i discovered some great resources for images for my painting. i was looking through these mug shot books that we have here that are from the 1920s. i did a whole series of a mug shot paintings from those books. they are in the san francisco history centre's s.f. police department records. there are so many different things that the library provides for san franciscans
