to try to find ways to control the land values and land use and to use the city's economic success to get that land control. the ocii or whatever agencies that we have so that we can control land cost and invite the artist and artistic community to join us cloelg these land cost. we don't do that. if i don't get more of these land cost in control, then we are subject to the natural forces going on. our success will eat away at our local arts programs. we can't have that happen. i want to say to the whole arts commission, our helping hand, connect up with ocii and connect with office of economic development, use our success to turn around those properties that are getting out of control with our success. let's get some control in on this. let's invite more of our community based arts programs to join us, our local businesses to join. our foundational to support, our larger economic institutions that are led by kaiser and so many others. join in that economic, make the connection, make land control. we are not going to let the opera house and memorial get away from us. we are not going to let years of inattention get away from us. this is a planted flag
