right here in the south bay, it will hit the 70s later on. heaviest rainfall, tomorrow, between noon and noon sunday, that's when we're expecting heavy downpours across the north bay. a lot of rain on the way. that will spread to the south between 5:00 a.m. friday and 5:00 p.m. sunday. 11:00 a.m. friday to 9:00 a.m. sunday is going to be the heaviest timeframe. for us, we're expecting quite a bit of rainfall. one and a half to two and a half inches. a significant total from a single storm system in the south bail. more like two and a half to four inches, though, for san francisco, the east shore, and four to six inches on the valley floor. certainly probable up in napa, sonoma, and marin county. meanwhile, six to 12 inches above the high elevations. you talk about that 12-inch total. i'm expecting that. clear out your storm drains. can't stretss that enough. we saw what happened when that last round of heavy rain came through and that created a lot of property damage. 40-mile-per-hour wind gusts frequently. bring in loose items. and creeks an
