i met julia through the southeast facility that is -- thats was given to the community for taking in the solid waste that came to bayview hunters point. that facility was given to the community about 1982. and my acquaintance with her now is she is part of the team that is coming in to reclaim that facility back to the puc. only thing i ask is if you all under what we are living with on a day-to-day basis with that, with that solid waste facility out there and the kind words you're saying about julia, please talk to her about our situation that we he living in out there where we got that solid waste ~ facility out there and we get the smell out there. only thing we're saying is that sensitivity that you are giving her, pass that over to her so she can pass it over to us. we need that out there. and i did not come to bury julia. i came here to ask for your help and talk with julia about our needs out there in terms of what we need out there because, number one, that facility out there was given to the community through litigation in terms of, in term of the sewer that was being brough

the duration for construction for each facility is 15 to 18 months. now to go through each facility in a little more detail. the south sunset well facility would be located in the southeastner of the play ground property. and that area currently is an earth and berm. it's not an active recreation area. the total building size is 1,000 square feet, and the facility at its north end will contain an l-shape storage room which is for the future exclusive use of the recreation and park department. this is a view of the landscape plan for the facility. it's rotated compared to the view in the previous slide and a future is the vegetation roof on top of the facility. and this is an architectural rendering of the south sunset area along 40th avenue. you can see a roll up door the left. that's for the recreation equipment storage room. >> the west sunset well facility is south of the baseball field in the northeast corner of the parking lot as i mentioned near 40th avenue and qintara area. that would be occupied by the proposed well facility is not used for parking. at the president time it's used for storage for maintenance supplies. the facilities in l-shape, it has 1,000 squar
