welcome to the steam bath that's what it's feeling like around the delaware and lehigh valleys. dewpoints well in the 60s, some locations in the 70s. with all the human we have showers and down -- now with all the humidity, we have showers and downpours starting to pop up. storm tracker 6 live is zoom into western portions of the delaware bay, a heavy downpour coming out of the northern kent county there's smyrna to the south. it's lifting northeast at 20 miles per hour. we don't have any lightning strikes reported but as you can see the colors we have heavy rain that's falling. it's moving along at a decent clip. we have another cell to the net and another cell pushing into western portions of cape may county. southern salem and cumberland counties this is what to expect, brief heavy downpours, you'll pick up a quarter to a half inch of rain and rumble or two of thunders and isolated lightning strike is possible. everybody else later this afternoon, cloudy, warm and sticky, high of 83, and be on the look out for scattered showers or thunderstorms. gray? >> thank you so much. >>

it's very very hot out here today visitors did everything they could to stay cool in the steaming temperatures from finding any type of shade, to staying hydrated. it was quite the taskwe thought we were gonna die it was so hot. we were in the buildings, we were so hotit was unbearable. we wanted to stay inside the stores, and it's not even like fun in thereit's been really fun, really cool. the water ride has been a lot of fun and also this thing.there was no need to worry about lines in the hot sun. and water rides were a big hit. it helped a lot and especially now that the sun is going downonce it started slipping out of the triple digits, more folks started showing upthis wind helps a lot and now we can go on more rides and not worry about dehydrationone thing that was prety noticable the first day of horse racing was canceled. that normally brings in an additional 7-10 thousand people per day but keeping the animals and jockeys health in tact is important. all 230 horses spent the hottest part of the day cooling off in their barns.the horses have been practicing early in the morning, so t
