( darya ) the owners voted 31 to 1 in favor of the move during their meeting monday in phoenix. n-f-l commissioner roger goodell says that there was never a viable solution presented to him to keep the team in oakland. but the raiders will stay in oakland for at least the next two seasons while their new stadium is built. the raiders did call this a conditional approval. the team says there are still certain conditions that need to be met.. the team still needs to finalize a stadium site in las vegas and work out a lease agreement. the city of oakland was quick to respond. oakland city council president larry reid and oakland mayor libby schaaf opened up just minutes after we learned the team got approval to move to las vegas.
