also, uber and the other tnc's cannot be discerned from any other private car as we've already found out, you can buy the markings of an uber or a lift vehicle and put it in your car and thereby try to get around the rules. tnc drivers are not trained, i know this for a fact, they're not trained, the only training they do have is how to operate the app, that's training they're not trained to drive and negotiate through the cities of san francisco or anywhere else they operate, the tnc's are impacting our san francisco traffic, they're making taxi fares higher for the people who do still use taxis because we have to drive in the congestion where we're out numbered by 8 to 1 and this is counter to the city of san francisco's goal for traffic reduction. all the work that you all do to try to reduce traffic congestion, you undermine it by giving any sort of preference to uber and lift. please do not let the tnc's have any preferabler treatment to market street or any of our major corridors and i also ask that you enforce the muni and taxi zones because i'm having to negotiate around priva
