the idea of the community and building relationships, the university of maryland is the administrator of the program. there are some grant moneys that have funded this. it involves hhs, the chaplains and the ngo community. it involves a very, very large swath of the faith community. we are one of many, many partners. we are a piece. we are not the main piece. the idea is we would have an ombudsman. when there is march challenging hippa type of situations where somebody needs more training and expertise, where there are privacy issues, somebody else would deal with those rather than the police. that's a segue at least into our efforts to try to navigate this in a way we are not creating harm, in a way that actually if we do it right, we are doing a better job of protecting the vulnerable communities we have in montgomery county. we are doing a better job of developing trust, which i think as was stated today is in disrepair to a large degree in our country, particularly post election. finding that balance. the last thing i will say, as i was listening, one of my favorite quotes, i've b
