the only other day this winter that was ten degrees colder than average. outside right now 24 in hagersto hagerstown, 25 in the panhandle of west virginia, 25 in waldorf andatta, 25 also in fredricksburg. you factor in the winds which are still a bit gusty but nowhere near as strong of a wind as we had at this time last night when the winds were gusting 30 to 40 miles per hour. but wind chills nonetheless back down into the teens right now. and starting you off tomorrow morning expect single digits and teens again for wind chills. nothing showing up on storm 4 doppler close to us. fading snowflakes across parts of central pennsylvania. they're not going to make it to us. our next chance of precipitation is this big storm system in the lower parts of the united states. oklahoma and texas getting rain and snow tonight. this moisture is headed in our direction. it's not going to be that impressive of a storm when it gets here. but it is going to bring us our next chance of some precipitation anyway. so we'll be off to a breezy and cold start tomorrow but bright sunshine for most of tomorrow afternoon. the high clouds start coming in mid to late day tomorrow.
